            Responsibilities Attend to the walk-in customer on mobile phone enquires, purchase, or any assistance needed 
Support inquiry on social platform like Carousell and WhatsApp for order inquiry 
Deliver high quality and standards of service to customer 
Proactively approach customer 
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products 
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly 
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned 
Requirements Minimum O Level or SPM Form 5 
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Telco sales related products 
Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude 
Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality 
Proficient in MS Office 
5.5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays)
