Responsibilities
  • Achieve allocated individual/Country’s assigned Industry segment/account Sales Target as well as organize, plan, and manage the Sales activities (Customer Visits and Engagement) of LAPP product in Singapore.
  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the sales support and customer care scope.
  • To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database.
  • To manage and ensure the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – C4C) is used as per Company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales via outdoor sales activities.
  • Manage Customer Visits and engagement by proactive contact of existing and potential customers.
  • Manage requests for information and online presentations.
  • To identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.
  • Provide commercial and technical collaboration to customers.
