Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound leads generation (cold call, warm call, roadshow, networking events etc.) and lead follow-up
Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries and assist in providing effective solutions for customers’ issues
Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
Coordinate projects and support lead manager, ensuring projects are worked according to the agreed plan and kept on schedule
Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Marketing
Assist in the preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents to the PSG Grant application
Tracking and reporting of sales and marketing forecast
