            Job Responsibilities:  Proactively identify and pursue residential and hospitality projects across all segments. 
Secure specification and product adoption in every viable project, regardless of scale, with a strong focus on long-term mega-project targets. 
Maintain a healthy pipeline through close collaboration with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms. 
Lead impactful product presentations and technical briefings to project owners, developers, architects, and interior designers. 
Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly in terms of design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability. 
Oversee and support the interior designer and distributor sales teams to ensure project alignment and target delivery.
