Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling.
- Qualify leads, coordinate site visit schedules, and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Convert prospects into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with developers and clients for smooth closures.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in lead generation, site visits, and sales closures.
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
