Haleon Sales Executive – Independent Pharmacies is responsible for driving sales growth for our consumer healthcare brands within a specific territory, ensuring product availability and in-store visibility.
Role Responsibilities
Plan and achieve quarterly and annual target for the assigned area within the trade spend guidelines.
Develop good working and business relationships with outlets, negotiate for sales and promotions, and improve merchandising.
Establish desirable distribution and sell‑out for all products in line with marketing policy in trade.
Execute in‑store/trade executions and promotions in accordance with guidelines.
Continuously provide the best services to our customers to ensure quality customer service.
Maximize sales, maintain healthy inventory and ensure stock hygiene.
