Job Description

• Monitor merchants' performance by Areas to ensure merchants are on par with Shopee's current product promo/channel or campaigns.
• Work closely with merchants' account management.
• Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective Areas and review their effectiveness/threat/opportunities towards Shopee.
• Propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitiveness within Areas.
• Explore green field areas within Areas for further expansion.
• Achieve sales targets for co-funding & campaigns, leading to revenue increase.
• Constantly ensure Shopee's presence is visible within Areas managed.
• Identify high-potential accounts, converting them to Shopee merchants.

Requirements

• Based in Kelantan.
• SPM or Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing.
