Proposes upgrade/service module / solution to client
Carried out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in ASIA
Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
Follows all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions
