Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and encourage them to complete their purchases.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups by contacting customers, verifying their availability, and coordinating successful delivery reattempts.
- Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls to reduce order cancellations and Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases.
