Identify and approach potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
Plan and execute client visits and outreach activities via phone/email to expand business opportunities.
Prepare marketing materials and sales kits; develop market penetration plans and propose pricing/discount schemes in coordination with Customer Service.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information to recommend effective sales strategies.
Manage and update client database, monitor monthly revenue performance and implement improvement actions.
Prepare sales reports, follow up quotations, support debt collection and coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints and ensure service consistency.
