Job Description: The Leasing/Sales Executive for a multi-commodity commercial property is responsible for driving the leasing and sales of Pondy Bazaar, Mint and Narayana Mudali Markets. This role involves identification of potential tenants or buyers, managing relationships with prospective clients, invitation for site visits, product presentation and ensuring sales and leasing goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease multi-commodity commercial properties to potential tenants and buyers.
• Identify and pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
