Sales Executive will drive business development for Satchmo Foods within an assigned territory by generating new leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating order execution with internal teams, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, hands-on customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers — retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) outlets — within the assigned territory.
Generate new sales leads through market surveys, cold calls, referrals, and field intelligence.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers to support sustained business growth.
2. Market Visits & Relationship Management
