Responsibilities

• Generate credit card sales through customer referrals and outbound tele-calling
• Explain the features benefits and terms of the credit cards to customers and address their queries
• Achieve monthly individual targets and actively contribute to the overall team objectives
• Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports for daily performance tracking
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Provide timely updates and reporting to the Credit Card Sales Team Lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail banking Sales Experience with UAE is required
• Proven experience in sales
• Strong communication
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Financial or banking knowledge
