Proposal Manager – Sales Excellence
As a Proposal Manager, you provide logistical, administrative, and content development support to teams developing sales proposals. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating RFx outlines
- Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
- Facilitating digital collaboration and content development
- Supporting proposal production and collaboration with Content Management teams to source content
- Supporting medium sales opportunities and assisting other proposal managers on larger opportunities
- Overseeing the development of deliverables for pre‑RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions, workshops, and BAFO (Best and Final Offer) presentations
- Working with internal customers to develop high‑quality, compliant, and compelling RFx responses with on‑time delivery
