Role Overview

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Engineer to support pre‑sales activities, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, product enablement, and Salesforce/HubSpot configuration.

This is not a discovery‑led Account Executive role. Account Executives handle initial discovery and qualification. You will act as the technical product expert, responsible for leading in‑depth product demonstrations, supporting technical evaluations, and helping customers successfully implement and adopt the product within Salesforce environments.

You will also own the help‑center and onboarding documentation, with a clear mandate to reduce time‑to‑implementation and improve customer self‑serve success. This includes Salesforce configuration support, HubSpot integration troubleshooting, product testing, and daily use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate documentation, configuration, testing, and customer‑facing deliverables.
