Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Collaborate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Maintain an updated pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong network of industry contacts in UAE is a plus.
