College Degree (preferably in an industry-related or business-related course)
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Good command of the English language - to facilitate effective client interaction and meticulous review and revision of contracts.
Effective handling of complaints and customer issues.
Sales skills, including market analysis and finding potential clients.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
