Duties & Responsibilities Manage the Sales Operations & Enablement function including resourcing, budgets, and team performance Own CRM data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and stage definitions across all commercial teams Drive forecasting accuracy through structured inputs, variance tracking, and reporting cadence Run pipeline reviews, deal governance forums, and commercial reporting rhythms Build and maintain commercial tools — pricing models, proposal templates, calculators Manage onboarding and ongoing training for commercial process compliance Set and enforce quality standards for proposals, submissions, and client-facing outputs Coordinate across BD, Technical Sales, Bids, Finance, and Strategy on revenue planning Deliver analytics on win rates, pipeline velocity, sales cycle time, and cost of bid Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (required) 8-10 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial enablement within a techn...
