1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree (MBA or related discipline) is preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, or Business Development.
3. Proven track record in project-based sales within one or more of the following industries: Interior Fit-Out, Construction & Contracting, Architecture & Design, Property Development, Building Management, and Commercial Office Solutions.
