Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and expand the Indonesia sales team to achieve company growth targets.
Recruit, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales members.
Drive team performance in terms of:
FTD acquisition
IB registrations
Net deposit growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client acquisition.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity and conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and business partners.
Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
Support onboarding and development of new sales members.
Ensure the sales team operates in line with company policies and business objectives.
