Duties Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives and revenue targets. Drive proactive and reactive sales efforts by identifying and securing new B2 B accounts, corporate contracts, and group bookings. Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue team to analyse market trends, establish yield strategies, and set competitive rates. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the sales and events team to ensure they meet their individual and departmental KPIs. Cultivate long‑term relationships with key clients, travel agents, and community organisations to build brand loyalty and drive repeat business. Monitor conversion rates, track market share, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and ROI on marketing spend.
