Job Summary:
The SDR — Inbound Enterprise is responsible for qualifying marketing-generated leads (MQLs) from enterprise and private sector sources and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for Business Strategists in Pillar 1 (Enterprise Sales Group). This person is the first voice a potential enterprise client hears from Radenta — they must be professional, articulate, and confident on the phone within seconds. They contact every inbound enterprise MQL within 24 hours, conduct BANT qualification, book discovery meetings for Business Strategists, and maintain meticulous CRM records. This role is the primary feeder for the Associate Business Strategist — Enterprise position (Tier 1).
