Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business opportunities with executives at prospective DCS customers through lead generation efforts by interacting through telephone, email communications, marketing efforts, etc.
• Network within internal stakeholders to strategize and collaborate on prospecting activities.
• Work with Market Research Analyst within region to plan and deliver marketing efforts in a given region.
• Meet or exceed meeting quota standards set forth by management (e.g., contacts per week, meetings per month).
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective executive-level customer contacts and sales leads for assigned Business Development Executives; actively maintain the pipeline using the company sales contact database.
• Schedule introductory meetings with prospective executive-level customers and Business Development Executives, by successfully communicating our transportation service offerings.
