Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and Linked In outreach.
Once you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting, you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.
