            Responsibilities  Identify and develop new business opportunities across Sodick’s full product range to expand market presence 
Develop and execute sales plans that achieve or exceed sales targets 
Prioritise high-potential market segments based on strategic analysis 
Lead the implementation and adoption of a CRM system for the Singapore sales team to improve customer segmentation and engagement 
Analyse sales data and customer behaviour using analytics tools to prepare performance dashboards and provide actionable insights for management 
Utilise AI-enabled tools to automate routine sales tasks such as quotations and follow-ups, and manage digital sales content across online platforms 
Evaluate and pilot new sales technologies, including AI chatbots, to handle standard product enquiries and improve customer service efficiency
