Responsibilities
  • Handle office general administrative and marketing related work.
  • Attend to and follow-up with customers’ enquiries and feedback on our Centre’s courses and administrative matters.
  • Handle administration of student enrolment, transfer, withdrawal and collection of course fees.
  • Any other operational and administrative duties as delegated by the Centre’s Directors.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or University degree preferably in IT / Design.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access, and Chinese word processing software.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in education industry.
  • 5-day week (must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays).
