Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries (calls/walk-ins/online leads) and convert to sales
Understand customer needs, prepare quotations/proposals, and follow up closely
Build and maintain good customer relationships (before and after sales)
Coordinate projects from kickoff to completion (schedule, documents, updates)
Liaise with vendors, internal teams and external stakeholders for deliveries/installation
