Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries
Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads

Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalls, or sales support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Professional, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
