Attain monthly and yearly sales target of each project within marketing cost budget.
Responsible for launching of new projects and sales and marketing activities related with on-going projects.
Develop effective sales strategies to attain/exceed monthly sales target.
Carry out Market and Competitors Survey before Project Launching and at least once a year for updating of prices.
Brokers and Agents Coordination
Manage Brokers and Agents relations by establishing open and transparent communication channels where Brokers and Agents feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns and feedback.
Provide training and development opportunities to new Brokers and Agents through Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to enhance their knowledge about processes and policies related to reservation and selling.
