Responsibilities
Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company
Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials
Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports
Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers' questions regarding the website
Be familiar with company's products and serve customers' enquiries
Requirements
1 year experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred.
No experience candidates are welcome to apply
Computer literacy
Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
