Work Days: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Work Location: West (near Boon Lay MRT Station)
Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Prepare quotations, orders, tenders and related documentation.
- Provide coordination support to Sales and Purchasing teams.
- Monitor relevant tender portals for business opportunities.
- Assist with tender costing, documentation and submissions.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, specifications and quotations.
- Issue purchase and delivery orders; track order progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational matters.
- Maintain sales reports and proper documentation records.
Requirements - GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma holders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
