Recommend suitable used cars based on customer preferences. 
Explain vehicle features, history, specifications, and financing options. 
Arrange and conduct test drives. 
Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and sales terms. 
Prepare sales documents and ensure compliance with dealership policies. 
Follow up with customers before and after the sale. 
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
