Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and trade show participation. Build a strong sales pipeline that includes both commercial projects and residential opportunities.

  • Client Consultations & Site Visits: Meet clients on-site to assess spaces, explain product ranges and benefits (e.g., UV blocking, maintenance‑free foliage), read architectural plans, take measurements, and recommend appropriate green wall solutions.

  • Proposal Development & Quotation: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, working closely with the projects team to ensure feasibility and compliance. Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close sales.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain all leads and activities in the CRM system (knowledge of Zoho and Sage is advantageous), ensuring up-to-date records for forecas...
