Responsibilities

  • Solicit and promote sales of ASB products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group objectives.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
  • Set appointments, conduct sales call visits, and engage early with new to bank customers.
  • Cross‑sell additional retail banking products such as PF, PF-i, and credit cards.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank’s quality guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Protect the bank’s image and brand through professional behavior.
  • Ensure that the physical sales centre or hub is well maintained and aligns with the bank’s standards.

Qualifications

  • 1‑2 years of experience in sales and customer service related fields.
