What will you do?

• Own and coordinate monthly compensation cycles, accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.
• Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, providing guidance and support to sales representatives and managers.
• Coordinate with Data and CRM teams to develop and automate performance monitoring tools, ensuring accurate KPI follow‑up.
