            Job Description  Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders 
Reply to customers regarding enquiries, product information, pricing, and delivery schedules etc. 
Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system 
Liaise with suppliers on product availability and shipment status 
Provide support to the sales team 
Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information 
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns when required 
 Job Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Business, or related field 
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in laboratory, medical, or scientific industries 
Training will be provided for those without experience
