Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Carolina Lakes Golf Course. Performs over-the-counter selling of a variety of golf related merchandise. Responsibilities Performs over-the-counter selling of a variety of golf related merchandise. Answers customer questions, and provides product knowledge to customers. Assists with inventories, replenishes stock. Reforms housekeeping duties in sales and storage areas. Rotates and moves pro shop displays to enhance sales. Performs other related duties as assigned. Handles customer transactions through operation of pro shop POS and tee time system. Responsible for ringing in sales, cash handling and the completion of daily paperwork involving sales transactions. Coordinating daily operations involving cart sign out, club rentals, tee times, order of play, telephone inquiries, event sign-up sheets and customer follow-up.
