Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality / Sales Auditing
• Experience in Call Calibration is mandatory
• Must have experience in Sales Call Auditing
• Hands-on experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Experience in sharing feedback and coaching agents
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
