Involves field work: actively selling and promoting Home Credit products for retail clients at POS.
Maintain excellent familiarity with Home Credit products and continuously learn new products.
Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures, providing professional service.
Prepare client documentation, collect information, and work with the system.
Take responsibility for risks arising on signed contracts.
Cooperate with POS staff and comply with POS regulations.
Fulfill individual sales plans.
Keep the workplace clean and fully functional (tables, IT equipment).
Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
Uphold a positive image of Home Credit at POS.
