The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Masterton team.

Hours

13 hours per week (Friday: 9:00‑17:00, Saturday: 10:00‑16:00).

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcoming experience every day.
• Maintain store standards, keeping displays tidy, well‑stocked, and visually appealing.
• Support operational tasks including point‑of‑sale transactions, stock replenishment, and daily store duties.
• Contribute to team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues.
• Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engaging customers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience.
