RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily cleaning work of all areas in branch;
Arrange products for neat and proper product display and presentation;
Conduct daily stock count for frames and sunglasses when appointed;
Take charge of cashier counter when appointed;
Perform duties in the workshop to grind lenses as arranged by supervisor;
Perform proper filing of forms;
Receive parcels or documents and does the necessary follow up;
Attend to all customers at all times;
Perform proper computerized eye test;
Provide clear and precise information and specifications to the end users of company's products;
Fills up the PG/CL Forms completely for customers to facilitate follow up;
To learn & upgrade all relevant product knowledge and technical skill;
Provide support during opening and closing of branch.
