A Sales Assistant in a souvenir shop is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting sales of souvenirs and merchandise. Key duties include:
Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, answer queries, and provide information about products and the local area.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available souvenirs and their features, including price points and best-sellers.
Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in selecting items based on their preferences, suggest complementary products, and help increase sales.
