RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Sales Assistants to meet team goals.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, CRM updates) for quality and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support development plans.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and real-time coaching for team members.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and optimize workflows for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Track KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, lead progress) and present performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align sales activities with business priorities.
