**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Leading, planning, advising and coordinating the Roxar sales, inside sales, service and aftermarket activities;
- Responsible for all global project pursuits and key account initiatives for the subsea and downhole business and will work with each of the relevant world area teams to drive growth for the remaining part of the Roxar portfolio worldwide;
- Effectively lead the team to successfully implement and contribute to the Roxar strategy, crafting Metrics and supervising progress with partners;
- Retain and attract talent as well as model behavior aligned with Company Core Values;
- Implement standardization programs across functions for quality and speed;
- Ensure updated policies and procedures for the department;
- Participate in Roxar SLT planning;
- Manage Sales and Services budget;
