Performs any combination of following duties in the business office of a commercial or industrial establishment: furnishes workers with clerical supplies.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, and collects, seals, and stamps outgoing mail.
Collects and distributes paperwork, such as records or timecards, from one department to another. Immediately report any untoward incident.
Marks, tabulates, and files articles and records.
Able to use office equipment correctly and flawlessly, such as envelope‑sealing machine, letter opener, record shaver, stamping machine, and transcribing machine.
Qualifications
At least a high school graduate or college level
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
