Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer workshops
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, and regional teams) to align event objectives and messaging
  • Track and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation metrics
  • Own the marketing lead lifecycle from capture to qualification and handover to sales
  • Manage leads generated from multiple channels (events, digital campaigns, website, partners)
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up, qualification, and routing using Compass and marketing automation tools
