JD:
Collect customer, retailer, and competitor insights; analyse trends and submit reports for product development.
- Execute secondary sales ( FIELD SALES) by order taking, entry, fulfilment tracking, and stock monitoring at retailers.
- Manage dealers/distributors through regular visits, SAP order entry, inventory control, receivables, and relationship building.
- Coordinate and execute BTL and promotional activities to improve brand visibility and market penetration.
- Track dealer performance, inventory movement, and sales reports to support planning and territory targets.
Position & Grade : Management Trainee. Upon confirmation Grade will be Executive.

Qualification : MBA ( 2025,2026 passed out )
