Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and target audiences.
- Support the recruitment, interviewing, and training of nannies and domestic workers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve services, sales performance, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Review and approve marketing plans and campaigns before implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placed nannies and domestic workers and coordinate with the back‑office team regarding available candidates and resources.
- Meet the assigned contract and sales targets set by the Marketing Supervisor.
