The ideal candidate will be client‑focused, target‑driven and knowledgeable about Dubai’s real‑estate market with the ability to close deals and build long‑term client relationships.

• Sell off‑plan and secondary market properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and viewings.
• Advise clients on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends.
• Generate leads and manage client relationships.
• Negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.
• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
• Ensure RERA compliance and handle MOUs, Form A, B, F, SPA coordination.
