We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent Property Advisor to handle off‑plan and secondary resale leasing properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be client‑focused, target‑driven, and knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market with the ability to close deals and build long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off‑plan and secondary market properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and viewings.
• Advise clients on pricing, ROI, payment plans and market trends.
• Generate leads and manage client relationships.
• Negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.
• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
• Ensure RERA compliance and handle MOUs, Form A, B, F, SPA coordination.
